Egg Wizard Finally my tastes caught up with this LP... slept on it while exploring other genres but finally caught up with it... and its fantastic. A benchmark in the darker drum and bass sound with plenty of headroom but forward velocity; lots of lovely retro clapbacks as well. Favorite track: A Matter Of Time.

DJ Home Movies A fast-paced soundtrack of watching falling shards of glass in slow-mo, Acid Lab cracks through the fragility of silence, like a mirror, through each and every track. Be they by the metal-driller "A Matter Of Time", the tag-team with Slider, Expose, and Anastasia for a pressure built-up "Paradoxical", or grinding ice to diamond dust and scattering it with "Old Memories", and sorted out finely with "Razor Blade", quietness will be shot asunder by ultimate precision and grit. Favorite track: Paradoxical.
